Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR)

The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for West Ridge is the primary legal document governing West Ridge. It defines terms, sets out home owner restrictions and obligations, provides the basis for the Homeowners Association's powers and authority, and describes how assessments shall work.

Pages 28 - 38 are the Bylaws that govern the West Ridge Owners Association Board.



Amendment 1

This replaces Article IX, Section Six: Parking of Vehicles and Use of Property.




Amendment 2

This changes the Declarant to THG Partners, makes D. R. Horton the Approved Builder, and expands the description of dues and assessments.
