The official, current version on file with the County

The current Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR) is available in your choice of text or image form. Both versions are indexed by topic (Article name and number).

• The Images version has the scanned images of what's currently on file with Horry County. [also indexed by page number]
• The searchable HTML text version is a transcription of the image version with the changes made by Amendments 1 and 2 applied.

Proposed new version of the Covenants

The CCR Committee finished its work last year. In the opinion of myself and the rest of the Committee, the new CCR/Covenants is a big improvement over the current one, and adoption of it (which requires getting enough signatures of the homeowners to pass) deserves your approval.

Once the Board has made whatever changes they wish to make and released the final version for homeowner approval, that version will be available here.
