These govern West Ridge and its HOA. The authoritative versions of these are the pages on file with Horry County. The copies here include indexes for your convenience.

• Quit Claim deed (conveys common areas from THG Partners to the HOA)

I intend to keep the copies here up-to-date, but in case of any discrepancy, the version on the Board's web site is authoritative.

• ARB Exterior Change Request form (only needed for paper/FAX submission) (submission by email is encouraged). [The postal and email addresses have been elided per this website's policy.] Scale the image to fit a standard 8.5x11" page. [The current official form is at west-ridge.org and may differ slightly.] BEFORE DOING THAT, call or email a member of the Board or the ARB Committee and just ask. They can also help you with the application.

Proposed changes

The CCR Committee worked from 9/2019 - 12/2019 on updating and revising the CCR, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations, and the result was submitted to the Board. Click here for more about that.
